⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience – Beyond Anything I Expected

Traveling from Canada to Greece alone for surgery was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever made, and Dr. S and his entire team turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something genuinely comforting and confidence-building. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, supported, and treated with a level of compassion that is rare to find anywhere in the world.

The continuous check-ins, the follow-through, and the attentiveness were consistent from start to finish. Every member of the team demonstrated not only incredible professionalism but true humanity. The nurses were extraordinary—skilled, patient, and reassuring every step of the way. My MLD therapist was the best I have ever had: knowledgeable, gentle, and fully aligned with my recovery needs. Even the anesthesiologist took the time to speak with me beforehand, explain every detail, and ensure I felt calm and safe. That level of care matters, and I will never forget it.

Dr. S himself is exceptional. His expertise is undeniable, but it is his kindness, his presence, and the way he treats his patients—with dignity and genuine compassion—that sets him apart. He does not just perform procedures; he supports the person behind the journey.

With 33 liters removed year-to-date and only a few more surgeries to go, my journey is finally nearing the finish line. I can’t wait to start my new life—one where moving, bending, and even getting dressed will be easier. I’m blessed, grateful, and so proud of how far I’ve come.

I am finally sharing my experience after what has felt like living through absolute hell following my surgeries with Dr Siafliakis.

I have stage 2 lipoedema and underwent three surgeries under his care. These procedures have left me disfigured, traumatised and desperate for corrective help.

I chose him after reading glowing reviews and seeing only positive stories. What I didn’t realise was that women who tried to share their negative outcomes were often silenced or removed from groups. That false sense of safety and success is what convinced me to trust him.

After my second surgery, I raised clear concerns early on about the lumps, uneven texture, loose skin and irregular results. Instead of acknowledging these problems, both Dr Siafliakis and his MLD assistant dismissed my concerns, telling me everything was “normal” and would improve. They assured me any issues would be resolved in a third surgery and against my instincts went ahead. I felt coerced into a third surgery, desperate to fix new issues they told me would resolve with another surgery; a decision that has destroyed my body and my confidence.

The third surgery changed my life in the worst way possible. As the weeks went by post op, the extent of the damage became undeniable.
Instead of the improvement I was promised, I was left with:
    -Over suctioned legs and thighs
-Complete removal of the upper pole of my buttocks, it looks as though my bum was literally sucked off
-Over sucked hips, leaving me boxy and masculine in shape
-Uneven treatment on my arms, one looks hacked compared to the other, covered in dents and irregularities
-Loose, lax and severely damaged skin
-Massive loss of volume and natural proportion that has permanently changed my figure
Additionally, I came out of the last surgery with a grossly swollen and bruised labia which still to this day has not resolved. Even when his MLD therapist saw this, she was shocked.

The third surgery resulted in a need for a blood transfusion which absolutely should
NOT have happened, as the amount of fat he removed was absolutely unnecessary and left me grossly deformed. He did not even disclose to me the type of blood I would be receiving, if this blood was vaccinated or not. Which is extremely distressing to learn afterwards when the transfusion is already done. There was no proper disclosure or informed consent.

The pain both physically and emotionally has been unbearable. I’ve lost trust in my own body and my ability to feel comfortable in it. My children have even noticed a change in me; this experience has affected every part of my life. I can’t describe what it’s like to look in the mirror and see deformity where there was once my normal self.

To make things worse, I later discovered that my private medical information was discussed with other clients. One woman told me Dr Siafliakis blamed my outcome on “weight gain”. That is completely false and a serious breach of confidentiality.

I was also contacted by another of his clients who said he encouraged them to reach out to me on his behalf. That is completely inappropriate and manipulative. If he truly cared about his patients after leaving them in this position, he would have contacted me directly. Going through other patients to reach me is unacceptable.

Even when I tried to share my results online for support, many women in the lipoedema community dismissed me, despite the clear photos showing exactly what had happened. It was devastating. It seems for some, fawning over a surgeon mattered more than caring about another woman who had suffered a terrible outcome. The same women who speak about “awareness” and “support” turned their backs when the truth didn’t fit their narrative.

Now, I’ve been forced to undergo extremely costly reconstructive surgery back home which included corrective work on my arms, abdomen and fat grafting to rebuild my buttocks and backs of legs where he over sucked the fat. But I will still need further surgeries to continue to correct the damage he has caused. This is something I never imagined I would face. The emotional, physical and financial toll is immense, especially as a mother with children who still depend on me.

I trusted Dr Siafliakis, who promised to help me but instead he left me disfigured, in pain and traumatised. I’m now left trying to rebuild some sense of normality after what was done to me.

If you are considering surgery, please learn from what I went through. Don’t be fooled by glowing AI curated reviews, filtered photos or manipulated group discussions. Ask for long term, unedited results and question everything.

This is my personal lived experience and I’m sharing it as the outcome of my surgeries with Dr Siafliakis have devastated my life. What should have been a straightforward final procedure on my thighs has left me permanently disfigured, in pain and emotionally shattered.

I found Dr Siafliakis through lipoedema Facebook groups that heavily promoted him. I now realise that these groups are not honest nor transparent spaces and work as PR machines for certain surgeons (read Reddit).

I was a stage 1-2 lipoedema patient, 29 years old, healthy and with great skin quality.
My case did not require aggressive removal, yet that is exactly what I received.
Post surgery, I was left with:
    -Severely over suctioned legs
-Dents, deformities and loose thinned skin
-A deep fold on my thighs and “banana roll” beneath the buttocks
-Uneven proportions with thin legs and disproportionately large buttocks
    -Blotchy, damaged skin
-Circulation related pain and knee instability
-Complete loss of my natural waist and body balance

Even my arms which were also treated by Dr Siafliakis initially seemed fine, are now extremely saggy with skin that is so thinned out it folds over. My results get worse as the months go on.

At consultation I showed reference photos and spent over an hour explaining proportion and my concerns to Dr Siafliakis to which he agreed with everything discussed.

Dr Siafliakis often spoke at length during our consultations going off on tangents using dense, overly technical language that sounds impressive at first, but lacks genuine transparency. He fills the discussion with medical jargon and irrelevant details, which makes you believe he is highly competent based on the information he is reciting. He heavily markets his personal technique as being specifically designed as “lipoedema removal surgery” presenting it as a “proven and safe” approach that supposedly removes the “pathological tissue” while being fundamentally different from “cosmetic liposuction”. He sells it as something unique, a superior method that will “help women with lipoedema”.

In reality, that narrative is misleading. There is no way for ANY surgeon to distinguish pathological tissue from normal fat during surgery with a cannula and claiming otherwise gives women with lipoedema the illusion that his method is the best or most effective way to overcome this disease; when it is not.
The technique I experienced involved stripping both the deep and superficial fat layers, removing nearly every drop of fat ruining my proportions, texture and destabilising my skin’s integrity. This process, which was never properly disclosed to me nor did I consent to, left my skin without its natural fat support and PERMANENTLY compromised its structure and elasticity.
He never once explained that he would be removing so much fat from both layers but particularly the superficial layer, that my skin would essentially collapse and have to fight to reattach itself to the underlying muscle by forming scar tissue. More than 60% of the skin on my body is ruined for life due to his over suction.

A skilled surgeon should only ever contour the superficial layer very lightly around the knees and calves, always preserving a layer of fat to protect the skin’s structure. Anything beyond those areas risks permanent and irreversible damage as we see in my case.

I did not go into surgery to trade lipoedema for loose, extremely thinned sagging skin, dents and destroyed proportions or to now face an entirely new set of problems I never had before.
Once the superficial fat layer is damaged, that smooth even surface is gone forever – it’s permanent.
No laser, no plasma, no skin tightening gimmick and no amount weight training can fix laxity caused by draining the very fat layer that supports the skin. This damage is irreversible.

Furthermore, the recovery from a procedure like this, where your skin is literally forced to reattach itself; is pure agony. Something I could only describe as torture. I would pass out from the pain often and was unable to bare the touch of my own skin due to how raw, painful and sensitive it was for months. Other experienced surgeons in this field do not use such aggressive or radical methods, as it is NOT recommended for lipoedema as it serves no benefit for pain relief or progression.

It feels so cruel to have endured this level of suffering.

During recovery, I grew extremely distressed once the swelling went down and I questioned the extent of the fat removal. Dr Siafliakis told me “lipoedema requires radical removal” That explanation made no sense for my stage 1-2 condition and is not supported by any credible medical literature I have since found.

For context, I am 165 cm tall, weighed 64 kg at the time of surgery and over 11 litres of fat were removed from my legs alone over 2 surgeries. In my opinion, that was grossly excessive, unnecessary and not in line with current lipoedema guidelines. Furthermore it was a radical removal, done without my consent. Multiple surgeons have since confirmed the damage and advised that a full correction may never be possible. My body will never be the same again.

Later, when I began sharing my experience publicly, I was threatened legally by Dr Siafliakis. All I was trying to do was seek support and share my experience. To me, that speaks volumes about his approach to patient care. Worrying more about his image than the harm he has inflicted on his patient. A confident, skilled surgeon does not silence harmed patients, they take FULL responsibility for their actions.

I have had to undergo invasive, costly revision procedures – fat grafting, further liposuction and I will eventually require a skin lift to try to fix the damage caused from surgery with Dr Siafliakis.
Lipoedema surgery is already a significant cost for anyone, let alone when it goes wrong. I have now had to spend my whole life’s savings to remedy the damage he has inflicted upon me and I still have more surgeries to come. I feel like my future has been stolen from me.

This has undoubtedly been the most traumatic experience of my life.
What happened to me was not a “complication” It is in my opinion, the direct result of a terrible technique.
A technique that lacked basic respect for my anatomy, care, a safe long term outcome and the accountability that you would expect in the medical field.

He got to walk away from the operating room; I didn’t get to walk away from the result he left behind. Everyday I wake up to a body I barely recognise. No one prepares you for the grief of losing your own body at the hands of another.
I trusted him to help heal me, but now I’m left to heal from him.

I can never get back what he has taken from me. No amount of surgery can undo the damage that resulted from my procedures with Dr Siafliakis. I’m still young and now I have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. And sadly I’m not alone many other women have contacted me, with the same horrible outcomes or should I say his signature technique; compromised extremely lax skin, dents, out of proportion, damaged dermal plexus (appears as blotchy red skin- damage to blood & nerve vessels).

I deeply regret the day I ever met and put my trust in Dr Siafliakis to help me with an incurable disease. I could have lived with lipoedema; I cannot live with what was done to me.

There are no words to express my great appreciation for Dr. S and the professional team that accompanies him. For me, the process is not only in the physical medical aspect, but also a process that includes emotional and mental levels. It is a holistic healing of both body and mind. First, from the first moment I landed in Greece, I felt that he was my address that would give me confidence. The caring, kindness, professionalism, level of tolerance, and patience create complete trust. He legitimizes the emotional and physical experience, treats both the mind and the body, and treats with compassion, kindness, respect, and immeasurable professionalism.
Kristina, Savvas, and Nicoletta are the professional accompanying team who always took care of everything. I immediately felt that Dr. S and Dr. Savvas sincerely cared for my well-being.
I had one lipedema surgery out of three. Even after the surgery, they took care of my well-being every day, taking care of any problem that arose, and always with great love.
I don’t know such dedicated professionals who have engraved on their banner that the patient is above all… The process is like rebirthing myself. Thank you for everything.
I highly recommend Dr. S and am happy for the privilege of being his patient. It is not taken for granted, thank you.

From Australia to Greece — My Life Reborn with Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis

A True Genius, Visionary Surgeon, and Compassionate Healer

For as long as I can remember, I lived in the shadow of lipedema. From my teenage years through adulthood, I battled not only the physical pain but the emotional weight it carried — the loss of confidence, the silent suffering, and the feeling that no one truly understood what I was going through. My body felt like a prison, and my self-esteem was shattered.

After years of research, I came across the Global Lipedema Awareness Group and saw countless patients speak about Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis. I researched him extensively and, after consulting with other surgeons, I knew in my heart he was different. Traveling all the way from Australia to Greece was not an easy decision — but it was the best one I have ever made.

From the very first consultation, I felt seen, heard, and understood. Dr. Siafliakis didn’t just treat my condition; he treated me — the scared, hopeful, and exhausted woman behind the diagnosis. He listened with patience, compassion, and a rare gentleness that made me feel safe for the first time in years. Even when I was nervous or rambling from fear, he never once made me feel dismissed. His kindness was constant, his reassurance unwavering.

Dr. Siafliakis is not just a surgeon — he is a healer, a visionary, and a true artist of the human form. His surgical precision is extraordinary, and his results are nothing short of miraculous. After four surgeries, my body — and my life — have been completely transformed. I look and feel decades younger. The lipedema is gone, and for the first time, I can move, live, and love myself freely.

But what makes Dr. Siafliakis truly exceptional is that his purpose goes far beyond aesthetics. He doesn’t just remove lipedema — he restores health, mobility, and dignity. His approach is rooted in ethics, empathy, and genuine care. He performs each surgery as if it were his own family member on the table, removing as much diseased fat as safely possible, ensuring long-term relief and preventing recurrence.

Unlike many surgeons who take a “cosmetic” shortcut, Dr. Siafliakis stands firmly by his patients’ best interests. He is bold, thorough, and ethical. His results are not only life-changing but life-saving. His scar technique is remarkable — fine, precise, and artfully placed, leaving minimal, almost invisible traces of the transformation beneath.

What truly sets him apart, though, is his heart. He checks on you personally, stays connected throughout your recovery, and treats you like family. You are never just another patient — you are a person he genuinely cares for.

Today, I wake up every morning feeling like a new woman — healthy, happy, confident, and free. My mental health has improved beyond measure. My childhood trauma and years of insecurity feel like distant memories. Dr. Siafliakis didn’t just change my body; he gave me back my life.

There are few people in this world who do what they do out of pure love and compassion. Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis is one of them. He is a saint in the surgical world — a rare combination of brilliance, humility, and humanity.

I will forever be grateful to him and his wonderful team at the International Lipedema Surgical Center / Esea Clinic for their professionalism, warmth, and excellence.

If you are struggling with lipedema and searching for hope — look no further.
Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis is the doctor who doesn’t just change appearances — he changes lives.

Thank you, Dr. Siafliakis, for saving mine. You will forever have a special place in my heart. 💙

An Unmatched Experience with Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis
A True Genius and Compassionate Healer

I am endlessly grateful to have found Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis through the Global Lipedema Awareness Group on Facebook (after having rushed Consultations with various Lipedema Surgeons), and so I contacted the Office of International Lipedema Surgical Center (ILSC) / Esea Clinic.
From start to finish, my experience with him has been nothing short of extraordinary.
He is not just a highly skilled and innovative plastic surgeon specializing in lipedema, but a genuinely ethical, empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated human being who truly follows his calling.
Dr. Siafliakis’s journey through medicine and surgery is impressive, training at prestigious institutions like Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, surgical residency at Bochum University Hospital in Germany, and his impactful work with Lipocura in Munich and Continuance with various other well-known plastic surgery clinics in Germany, have shaped him into a leader in lipedema care. His commitment to ongoing research and staying at the forefront of medical advancements is inspiring. He never stops pushing boundaries to help patients in every possible way, which speaks volumes about his devotion and passion for this field.

What sets Dr. Siafliakis apart is his unwavering attention to patient care, not only before and during surgery but long after the procedure. He personally oversees every step, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and safe. I have never encountered a doctor so deeply invested in his patients’ well-being. His approach combines medical precision with heartfelt empathy, making every consultation and surgery feel personalized and nurturing.

One moment I will never forget is during the pre-surgery consultation when Dr. Siafliakis took the time to patiently listen to all my fears and questions, never rushing me, and explaining everything with such kindness and clarity. His genuine compassion instantly put me at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Even after the surgery, he was always just a message away, personally checking in to ensure my recovery was smooth and that I felt supported every step of the way. That kind of care is truly rare and priceless.

The results speak for themselves. Thanks to Dr. Siafliakis, I feel like I have regained my body and my life. His skillful use of advanced liposuction techniques, alongside cutting-edge technology like 3D scanning, ensures the best outcomes tailored uniquely to each patient. He balances the medical necessity of treatment with aesthetic artistry, delivering results that not only improve health but also restore confidence and joy.

Another aspect that truly sets Dr. Siafliakis apart is his radical, yet safe and patient-centered approach to lipedema fat removal. Unlike many other surgeons who have recently adopted a more conservative „cosmetic“ treatment style, often under the guise of “less is more”, Dr. Siafliakis remains committed to doing what is genuinely best for his patients, with a clear focus on preventing fat regrowth and reducing the need for future surgeries.
While the less aggressive approach may conveniently secure long-term profits for some by leaving behind fat that can regrow, Dr. Siafliakis takes the opposite path. His goal is not repeat business; it’s lasting relief. He removes as much diseased fat as safely possible to restore mobility, ease pain, and drastically improve quality of life. His method reflects not only medical expertise but also a deeply ethical commitment to his patients’ well-being.
His approach to radical lipedema fat removal is in accordance with established lipedema treatment guidelines.

He never pushes unnecessary procedures or limits treatment for business reasons. Instead, he takes the time to truly listen to his patients and supports them in making informed choices that align with their personal needs. Within the bounds of safety and sound medical practice, he does everything possible to help them reclaim control over their bodies and their daily lives.
This rare level of dedication extends to his team as well. His anesthesiologist, trained in Germany, is equally professional, caring, and always available, ensuring every patient feels safe and supported from start to finish.

Dr. Siafliakis is not driven by profit but by purpose. He is a true healer whose priority is helping his patients get better, not keeping them coming back. And that is why I respect him so deeply.
His skin removal technique is truly exceptional and uniquely his own. Dr. Siafliakis employs a meticulous surgical method that carefully places and sews scars with extraordinary precision. After procedures like thigh lifts, brachioplasty, or body lifts, patients are left with incredibly fine, almost hairline scars that are discreet and natural-looking.
This specialized technique not only enhances the healing process, but also significantly improves the aesthetic outcome, helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Beyond his technical genius, Dr. Siafliakis’s warmth, kindness, and genuine care create a trusting environment where you never feel rushed or unheard. He embodies what it means to be a healer in the truest sense of the word.
His professionalism is matched only by his humanity, and his dedication is 1000000000% real and palpable.
I feel with every fiber of my being that finding Dr. Siafliakis was a precious gift from the universe, a blessing that has forever changed my life. I am endlessly grateful for his exceptional care and for the profound impact he has made. The gratitude I hold in my heart is boundless, and I will carry it with me forever.

For anyone navigating the challenges of lipedema, Dr. Apostolos Siafliakis is unequivocally the best surgeon and advocate you could hope for. His passion, ethics, and unique combination of expertise and empathy are rare and priceless.

Thank you, Dr. Siafliakis, for your outstanding care, for listening with your heart, and for changing lives with your hands and spirit. You are truly one of a kind.

I have completed two of three surgeries with Dr. Siafliakis. I cannot say enough good things.
My two surgeries were completely flawless, from the surgeon, to the anesthesiologist, to the hospital, to the MLD therapist and the follow up care.
I am stage 2 , started at 79kg, and have had 18.5 L removed from my low back, butt, hips and 360 degree legs over two surgeries.
I return next week for full arms, abdomen, mons, mini-tummy tuck and skin removal, as well as a touch up to buttocks.
I don’t love the texture of my skin, and I don’t love the way I’ve put on a little bit of weight in other places, but that has nothing to do with my incredible surgeon or his team. It is rather this dreaded disease.
    It is a cruel disease.
Nevertheless, my severe pain in the areas that used to be full of bulk and Lipedema is all gone.
From the minute, I talked to Dr. Siafliakis I knew he was going to be my surgeon.
I have a lot of chronic conditions and at one point had 35 specialists. I work with doctors in surgeons every day as well.
He is kind, competent, caring and talented beyond belief. He doesn’t care how much time he spends with a patient, and I’m literally sure that he has no work/life balance. His whole life is us girls.
He only does one surgery a day most days… It’s not uncommon for him to spend five hours on one patient. He never gets in a hurry.
Aesthetically I look AMAZING and I know many of his other patients that feel the same way. Once you meet him, you instantly know you will be friends for life.
He cares so much he gives out his personal number for any questions or concerns, and handles them immediately right away.
A friend of mine had some complications that were no fault of the surgeons and had to extend her stay a few weeks.
He checked on her every single day and saw her in person every few days.
She was over the moon about the care she received as well as her results.
When talking in lipedema circles, you hardly find a person that has a bad thing to say about him.
He is highly gifted and highly respected.
He has done over 4000 Lipedema surgeries.
I consulted with several “expert” lipedema surgeons and although insurance likely would’ve paid for my surgeries, I chose to spend my money to go to Greece and hitch my wagon to Dr. Siafliakis.
His approach was less invasive, more thoughtful, when questioned about his techniques, he was clearly more knowledgeable than any of the surgeons I spoke with and certainly much more forthcoming.
I love the less invasive options he offered.
    I love his conservative approach.
Clearly knowledgeable about his technique and how you need to approach Lipedema in the surgical setting for the best results.
Preop visit was amazing. Postop visit was amazing.
Every single time I’ve reached out with even a silly concern after surgery, he has answered immediately.
He has ordered care to make me comfortable, even when he didn’t think it was necessary (thanks Dr. S!!!).
He has an amazing bio, fabulous credentials and tons of before, and after pictures. All one has to do is ask the clinic.
He is board certified. He can do all lifts and skin removals as well as liposuction for Lipedema. He also offers plasma tightening as well as laser.Surgeries are performed under general anesthesia. He practices in Greece as well as Germany. He is fluent in English, Greek and German.
It’s admirable that he chooses to focus on patient care and not social media. He cares nothing about a following or about being trendy.
I’ve seen him almost get teary taking upon himself our heavy burdens.
He is humble and quiet and funny and literally cares for his patients like a big brother would.
I’m so grateful to have Dr. Siafliakis in my corner.
I will be forever, grateful that he has changed my life.

My life-changing experience with Dr. Siafliakis

I was diagnosed with late Stage 2, Type 4 Lipedema as I was going through menopause years primarily affecting my thighs, saddlebags, and upper arms. Before my surgeries, my body felt foreign to me. I was disproportionate, constantly battling breakdowns in fitting rooms, and hiding behind oversized clothes just to accommodate my hips. I hadn’t worn pants in over 15 years. Every step felt like a mental pep talk. My arms ached with the slightest effort. Despite living healthily, being vegetarian eating home-cooked meals, menopause brought on a rapid 20+ kg weight gain on my petite 5-foot frame in a short two year span. I reached 86 kg, and my mobility was slipping away fast.

Fast forward 20 months and the transformation is nothing short of miraculous. Thanks to Dr. Siafliakis, I’ve reclaimed my life, my confidence, and my smile.

Across three surgeries, a total of 32 litres of pure fat was removed. I really like his radical approach in removing maximum fat that can be removed safely. I now weigh 69 kg. My limbs feel light, my body feels balanced, and the results are beautifully smooth – no big lumps, no heaviness. My body shape is super aesthetic – he is really cognizant of shape also. (So many surgeons I spoke to behave like as if Lipedema ladies dont deserve to expect beautiful shapely bodies) My arms look normal again, I can fit into so many more clothes at stores – my smile is back. Amazingly, though I didn’t expect to wear my favorite sleeveless clothes again, my arms look pretty nice enough to wear them. My abdomen has healed so well, the scar is clean and low. No lumps, no sagging. The tightening took some time to fade away, but 9 months after the last surgery, most of the weird sensations are history. The summer was AMAZING – I hiked without any problems, I walked as much as I wanted, I rock all kinds of pants, I pose with no hesitation for pictures and I smile bigger smiles.

I must emphasize here that I fully understand that because Lipedema reduction is not plastic surgery plus my fat tissue is not normal, the results cannot be completely smooth like normal people 🙂

I know that the body will take another year to fully heal, but I’m already living a brand new chapter. I’m sharing this for:
    – Those who’ve been through this journey: I see you, and I’m proud of you.
    – Those currently in the thick of it: Stay focused—the struggle will pass.
    – And those considering it: Don’t hesitate. It’s worth every step.

I am so grateful that I chose Dr Siafliakis who is not only a brilliant surgeon, he is a genuine human being with a heart of gold. He toils to better his patients health, he never rushes his patients, he works more than normal hours and he does his job flawlessly because he is doing it purely to help his patients. That’s his only focus and it doesn’t take a genius to see that. He is the most dedicated doctor I have ever met, and trust me I have met many all over the world. I wish they made more doctors and surgeons like him. For me, he didn’t just perform Lipedema reduction surgery – he gave me back my life. Thank you Dr S and God Bless!

Dr Siafilakis is a highly experienced Lipedema Removal Surgeon with 13 years experience.
2 years ago he opened his new ESEA Clinic in Greece, the prior 11 years he operated in Germany for Lipocura and other clinics.
All of my Lipedema removal procedures have been either Dr Siafilakis to date – 3 Lipedema removal procedures however still need large skin removal due to my age of 60 plus and lastly substantial Bust reduction.
My private MLD Specialist Nurse based in the UK has been blown away by my results.
Dr Siafilakis stitching results for skin removal are amazing – leaving only microscopic signs of scars

      Hi
On paragraph 3 there is a typo
it should read ‘with’ and not ‘either’

  • M

O had surgery with Dr S in July and am very happy with my results. I had surgery with another doctor in the US who left me very uneven with a lot of ripples in my thighs. After surgery, my MLD therapist even commented on how much better my legs look and she couldn’t believe how smooth they were.
Dr S also did liposuction on my abdomen. I am so happy with the results. He also removed several lipomas that the previous dr told me he would remove, but did not.

I’ve completed 1 out of 3 surgeries with Dr. Siafliakis and it went very well! No complications. It’s still early to be sure about my final aesthetic results, but he was very thorough/aggressive (in a good way!) with how much tissue he removed from each area while still being very gentle in his technique. My MLD therapist back home said I had the least bruising she’d ever seen 5 days post op!

Dr. S is very compassionate and really focuses on the medical side of treating lipedema while also being very skilled with and paying attention to the visual results of surgery. I will post further reviews after surgeries 2 and 3!
