• Established a plastic surgery department in Altamirano Hospital, Nicaragua, in 2004.
• Began treating Lipedema patients in 2005 using the classic tumescent liposuction method.
• Worked at LipoClinic with Dr. Heck from 2018 to 2021, refining skills in Waterjet Assisted Liposuction (WAL method).
• Managed the Madrid branch of LipoClinic until 2020.
• Advises the Mexican Lipedema Foundation, sharing expertise with local surgeons.
• Performed over 2000 documented surgical treatments of Lipedema using the WAL method.
• Since 2021, serves as a specialist and medical director at LipoSthetic, LipoClinic.
• Managed the joint practice LiSuMED with Dr Majewski from October 2021 to October 2022.
